1. Return Eligibility:
- Custom-built computers are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the package to 709 Timber Oaks Dr using a reputable shipping carrier with tracking and insurance.
3. Inspection and Approval:
- Once we receive the returned product, our technicians will inspect it for any damage, modifications, or missing components.
- Returns will be approved if the product is in its original condition and meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 1.
4. Refund Options:
- If the return is approved, you may choose one of the following refund options: a. Full Refund: Receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus any applicable restocking fees. b. Store Credit: Opt for a store credit equivalent to the purchase price, which can be used for future orders.
5. Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the approval of the return.
- The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
6. Exclusions:
- Custom-built computers that have been modified, damaged, or show signs of misuse are not eligible for return or refund.
- Software, licenses, and services provided as part of the purchase are non-refundable.
