Why should I consider a custom-built over a pre-built computer?
Custom builds allows you to critique and chose certain components that will boost your performance for what you specifically going to be using your computer for. They also allow for you to have really cool cases and RGB.
How does the custom computer ordering process work?
When you are ready to get yourself a custom built computer, all you have to do is send us an email. In the email you will include what you are planning to use your computer for (school, gaming, work, etc.) Also adding any specific customization that you want, like a specific theme with the computer. Then we will design the perfect build for you. Then build and ship it to you.
How do I get technical support if I have issues with my custom-built computer?
If you ever happen to encounter an issue with your computer you can email us or start a chat. We will try to respond to your issue as soon as possible and work to solve the problem.
